KYC Officer
The position holder as part of a team is responsible for identifying high risk individuals with relations to our client and to prevent money laundering, fraudulent financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with business units to identify and assess potential fraudulent identity risks that the business may encounter.
Assessment of the validity and authenticity of customer submitted information.
Assist in the fulfillment of AML and other regulatory and legislative requirements.
Participating in the implementation of KYC initiatives and best practices.
Promoting KYC awareness culture within the organization.
Reporting to and assisting the KYC Manager in ad hoc risk related functions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Supervisory skills and experiences will be required for the Supervisory position.
Preferably At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar function.
Relevant Fresh graduates can be considered for the officer position.
Position holder shall be working in Makati City, Manila.
